A luxury manicure treatment is not only a treatment for the natural nails but also for the hands and arms. This consists of soaking & exfoliation of the hands, filing and shaping of the free edge of your nails, removal of any cuticles, a heated mitt moisturising treatment, a hand massage is then given and its all finished off with the application of polish.
Your polish will be touch dry when you leave, but it may take up to an hour to fully dry. Please be careful not to scratch, chip, or smudge it..
Shellac Gel Polish Manicure
A Shellac manicure is where the free edge of your nails are shaped, the cuticles are removed, and an application of base coat, two coloured layers and a top coat of Shellac is applied.
Shellac is cured under a specialised lamp meaning it is instantly dry, so there is no need to worry about scratching, chipping or smudging your nails.
Bio Sculpture Gel Manicure
Every single Bio Sculpture manicure is tailored to your nail type and helps to improve the health of your nail.
A Bio Sculpture Gel manicure is where the free edge of your nails are shaped, the cuticles are removed, and an application of nail type specific gel base coat is applied, followed by two coloured gel layers and a high gloss gel top coat is applied.

Gel Manicure Re-apply
A gel manicure re-apply involves de-bulking the current gel product using an e-file and then wrapping the nails in acetone-soaked cotton wool foils to remove any remaining product from the natural nail. Once the nail bed is clear of all old product the new gel is then re-applied as usual.
The e-file will never touch your natural nails.
Nail Extensions
Bio Sculpture Gel Full Cover Extensions
The nail beds are prepared as usual for a gel manicure, then the cover tips are selected according to the measurement of each nail bed, these are then applied using gel and cured, once in place they are shaped and then the gel is applied as usual over the newly positioned full cover tips.
Full cover tips cover the entire natural nail and provide instant lengthening. They are gel applied not glue, endorsing the health of the natural nail.
Silk Extension or Repair
The free edge of your nail is shaped, the cuticle is removed. A piece of silk is measured and cut to suit your nail, the silk is placed on the nail and held in place with a nail type specific base gel which is cured with a specialised UV light. The area is then buffed to removed any uneven areas and an application of colour and/or top coat is applied to seal the repair. You cannot see the silk once the repair is completed so the nail can be left without colour.
Silk can be used to repair a broken or split nail and can also be used to extend the odd nail which may be broken off to give instant length.

Decorating your nail with nail art, this can be done by using stamping, foils, decals, free hand or glitter. With nail art you could completely personalise your nails as you wish. You can combine it with nail polish, shellac or bio sculpture gel.
Stamping: Nail stamping is the process of using a nail stamper to achieve instant impressive nail art.
The process involves applying nail polish to the grooves of beautiful engraved designs. These designs are then transferred to the surface of each nail using your nail stamper. Using this technique, it’s quick and easy to achieve amazing designs on your nails. There are no limits to the types of designs you can explore for nail stamping. There are tons of designs available.
Foils: These are very thin laminated sheets that can be applied on polish, Shellac or Bio Sculpture Gel. They create irreplaceable manicures with simple quick and easy steps.
Decals: These are traditional images printed on sticker paper with a sticky adhesive that lays on top of the nail finish and then sealed in with top coat.
Glitter: Using glitter to cover the whole or part of your nail.
Callus/Hard Skin Removal Pedicures

What will be involved in a MediHeel Pedicure?
- A thorough consultation and foot analysis will be completed so I can identify and determine; contra indications, precautions, treatment route and any home care recommendations.
- Feet are sanitised with Elim Spa Sanitiser spray
- Any nail varnish will be removed
- Elim Callus Tonic will be applied, your feet will be wrapped to allow this to work
- Cuticle work, nail filing and buffing take place
- Feet are unwrapped, any hard skin will be removed through a scraping method (this does not hurt) and skin will be lightly buffed with the Elim Pumice Stone
- A neutraliser will then be applied
- The feet and lower legs will be exfoliated using a AHA Foot Exfoliator
- An application of the Elim UltraMud Mask and heated boots are applied to the feet
- Feet are then soaked in the spa additive
- A relaxing foot and lower leg massage is given using Elim Foot Perfector
- Your chosen nail polish will be applied
- And treatment finished with the Elim Gold Spritz and Cuticle MD

E-File Pedicure
The feet are spritzed and wiped down with a sanitiser before the hard/callus skin is filed away and then polished using specific drill bits. The feet will then have a moisturising foot treatment applied before being placed into hot boot, once removed your chosen nail polish will be applied to finish.
The E-File Pedicure is a dry pedicure treatment, using the e-file and specially designed drill bits instead of blades, scrubs and peels. It's perfect for anyone with hard, dry and cracked skin, as the e-file removes this with ease. A e-file pedicure offers a safe and thorough treatment, especially for those clients who are diabetic as I don't use blades that could potentially cut the skin. This treatment offers a more comfortable way of removing hard callus skin, it is a painless treatment with instant results.
