Before booking, please take a moment to read the following information to help ensure your appointment can go ahead as planned.
Please check the contraindications for your chosen treatment before booking. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, have recently undergone surgery or medical treatment, or are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact me before booking.
A patch test is required for relevant tinting, lash lift and spray tanning treatments. Please check the patch-testing requirements and ensure your patch test is completed within the required timeframe before your appointment.
By making a booking, you will be required to accept Orchid Beauty Room's Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and appointment policies. Please ensure you have read and understood these before confirming your appointment.
New Client Forms
New clients will be sent the required GDPR, consultation and relevant before & aftercare forms by email before their appointment.
Please complete these in advance wherever possible. If the required forms need to be completed when you arrive, this will form part of your allocated appointment time and may reduce the time available for your treatment.
If required forms, patch testing or other treatment requirements have not been completed,
your treatment may need to be postponed or cancelled and the normal cancellation policy may apply.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in person or online.
Online vouchers are issued immediately and can be emailed directly to you or your chosen recipient. If you would prefer a physical voucher to be posted, please contact me to arrange this.
