Gift vouchers are available for purchase both in person and online via my website. Vouchers purchased online will be issued immediately and may be emailed directly to a recipient of your choice. Should you require a physical voucher to be posted, please contact me directly to arrange this.

Prior to making a booking, clients are required to read and ensure they fully understand the contraindications associated with their chosen treatment. In addition, for tinting, spray tanning, and lash lift treatments, clients must ensure they are fully aware of and comply with the patch test requirements. Clients are also required to read and accept the full terms and conditions prior to confirming any booking. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in the cancellation of the appointment and charges may still be incurred.

Please note that for all new clients, a GDPR form, consultation form, and before and aftercare form will be issued via email prior to the scheduled appointment. For insurance and compliance purposes, all documentation must be completed in advance of the appointment. Where forms have not been completed prior to arrival, they will be completed at the appointment, which may result in a reduced treatment time. Failure to complete the required documentation may result in the appointment being cancelled and charges may still apply. Assistance with completing these forms is available upon request.
